1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CursorWebs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service & Accounts

You must provide accurate account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. CursorWebs reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

3. Affiliate Program Rules

CursorWebs offers an affiliate program where users can refer new users. Referrers receive a 20% commission on the referee's first paid plan purchase, and a 10% recurring commission on subsequent recurring renewals. Referees receive a 10% discount on purchase checkout. Commisions mature after a 10-day refund window. Attempting self-referrals or manipulating the discount systems is strictly prohibited and will result in commission cancellation and account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original content generated by you. CursorWebs retains all rights to the underlying templates, editor software, AI routing systems, and design tokens used to render the websites. You are permitted to download self-hosted white-labeled ZIP packages of your pages as allowed under your active subscription plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

CursorWebs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations of generated websites, custom domains, or e-commerce storefront database services.
